Magnesium Gummies for Adults & Kids for Sleep, Relaxation & Muscle Support

I was apprehensive at first but this works for me. I go to sleep in about 15 mins . Tastes nice as well. Saves me from medication. Also I’m not drowsy if I do get up and in the morning I feel rested. It is worth it for me.

My 4th order , taste good i take two an hour or 2 before bed, helps me relax , actually makes me a little sleepy, they taste delicious, great texture not to hard to chew, great price too, definitely recommend these to anyone who has trouble getting to sleep, also helps with my restless legs .

Unfortunately this apparently isn't super good for absorption, but tasted genuinely good so i didn't forget to take it and it seemed to work pretty well. You can also tell it is vegan as it will get quite stuck in your teeth, but i didn't particularly mind due to the taste

Oh my goodness, these gummies are incredible. I’m a fairly anxious person and struggle with chronic rumination at night which often keeps me awake for hours - these make such a difference! I take 2 roughly an hour before going to sleep (before brushing my teeth!) and they just seem to help me calmly transition into sleepiness before I tuck down. I’m so impressed, I’ll definitely be re-purchasing them. They’re annoyingly delicious though, they have a lovely subtle grape flavour and you’ll want to take more than 2 but you must resist! The texture is quite soft, like a sticky sort of jelly sweet, but I quite like that. If you want them firmer, you could try putting them in the fridge or freezer maybe. The packaging isn’t that cute admittedly but that’s irrelevant because they work really well and they’re very pleasant to eat, so they get 5 stars from me

My son tried one and said they were horrible, I thought maybe the flavour might be a bit odd but tried one too and it's like eating a sweet that's been behind the sofa for years! Very gritty texture, I'll see how I sleep tonight to see if they're worth putting up with the strange flavour and texture! Edit...have been using these instead of my son to see if they help with my sleep and have found they do help, texture may be something worth putting up with if you can but may be not be great for all children.

Second purchase of these gummies I find they’re pleasant tasting and so easy to take - gentle on the stomach. And they make a difference to my quality of sleep. I wake less through the night. Looking forward to restarting my nightly routine.
