I found it to be very smooth, with no lag, whether I was using a finger or a stylus. One of the standout features is the built-in Android 11 operating system. This is a game-changer. It essentially functions as a large, dedicated Android tablet, giving you access to the Google Play Store and a vast library of apps. I was able to easily download my preferred digital signage software and have it up and running in minutes. The 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage are more than sufficient for running display software and storing a significant amount of media. For the price of this, you would think you’d get something in better quality. It came scratched and chipped. I didn’t even bother to plug it up and sent it back the same day I received it! I wanted something my customers can view upon walking towards my business and was excited about receiving this piece of equipment only to be disappointed after unboxing.

The screen is bright, clear, and easy to set up. Touch response works well, and the wireless screen mirroring feature is very convenient. Perfect for displaying promotions, menus, or presentations.

Generally, does what it needs to do. HOWEVER… they did NOT build this thing well for vertical displays!!! It has a kick stand that can stabilize horizontally, but there is not a way to rotate the kick stand to do the same thing in a vertical position, the tablet is way too heavy for the ball type mount. I have hand torqued that thing as much as humanly possible and doesn't even fix the issue. I put a bit of electrical tape on the ball thinking the extra friction surely will prohibit it from drooping, NOPE! But if I only needed it for horizontal use, I’d give it at least 4 stars🤷🏻‍♂️ Currently getting creative with it, might return due to this lack of foresight in the design for vertical use. *not an edit… just found out a way to do it, but still not pleased with it. Picture will be included. Unhook the kick stand, run the pole through the big end and gravity and leverage do their thing… but that kick stand is floating for all intents and purposes, it was not designed with this solution in mind, I assure you!!

Purchase the Echo Show 15 but it ended up being way too locked down by Amazon. This was a great alternative. It seems to work very well. But ended up returning it as I was able to get my digital home guide on my clients phone instead of on a stationary screen. Does have a very basic version of Android which has the play store. Makes it perfect for installing any app from the play store.
