I already ordered a second shipment and set it to auto order. It says take two per day but I went down to one a day and still the same results. Intense, yes. Powerful, not a volcanic explosion like some are expecting after reading their reviews but enough to see a change he that I am very happy with.

It seems to be similar to other supplement formulas, in that it includes a number of proven elemental building blocks (zinc, magnesium) in addition to one or more less common "natural" ingredients (in this case, moringa leaf oil). If you see results as claimed, awesome for you. I don't know if it's actually a chemical change or just a placebo effect, but if it works for you I won't tell you to stop. I personally didn't notice any effects, but I'm also hugely skeptical of the whole thing. Doesn't seem like it includes anything more harmful than your average unregulated multivitamin.

These pills made me sick to my stomach and I was puking for hours after taking them. I do not know what is in them but STAY AWAY! I almost took myself to the hospital since I felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. These pills are not safe!
