Like a lot of people, I was looking for ways to cut expenses while I focus on a major career goal, in my case, preparing for the CPA exam. I was spending roughly $60 per haircut every two to three weeks, which adds up to around $1,400 a year. I decided to take matters into my own hands. I picked up the Suprent Pro along with the 247 Groomed Self Haircut Kit and a 3-way 360 trifold mirror and got to work. First haircut, surprisingly good. I followed a YouTube tutorial from start to finish and was genuinely impressed with the result. Second haircut I got overconfident, skipped the tutorial, and paid the price. Lesson learned. I'm happy to report I've come a long way since that second attempt. With a little patience and the right guidance from YouTube and TikTok have made learning this skill very accessible. The Suprent Pro delivers consistent, clean results. On the clippers themselves, they feel solid and well built, nothing about them feels cheap or fragile. The motor has real power behind it, cuts through thick hair without bogging down or pulling, and the speed is consistent whether you're doing a full cut or just cleaning up edges. The zero gap T-blade gives sharp, precise lines and the kit includes everything you need to get started. Appearance wise these look and feel like a professional grade tool, the kind you'd expect to see in an actual barbershop, not a drugstore shelf. One unexpected bonus, I've been using it as a shaver and it has completely replaced my Norelco. I'm not sure that's an intended use, but it's been working well for me. If you're on the fence about cutting your own hair, the learning curve is real but short. This kit makes it worth every penny and then some.

Perfect zero gap. This clipper and Trimmer is the closest thing to perfect. These are comfortable, smooth, Quiet, Feels high quality and Durable, goes through hair quick and easy like a hot knife through butter. The gold plated guards are very nice but i wish they came with a wider range sizes. For people that don't know the clipper uses a floating lever, not a click level. Once I got used to the floating lever my haircuts got even more crispier and easier. I use these on myself at home and my clients at the shop.

We have had this clippers for 2 1/2 years and it’s still going strong, my wife only uses it to cut my hair every two or three weeks but it has saved us a bundle not having to go out and get a haircut. The battery lost a long long time I believe we have only charged it three times so far. A great deal all around.

I recently began cutting my hair to save some money & to learn a new skill set. I was using a Wahl clipper & Andis pivot pro T-outliner but decided to upgrade as the clipper pulled my hair a lot though I’d sharpened, cleaned, & oiled them often. I also wanted a cordless set to lessen the hassle of maneuvering around the cord while cutting. After watching a few reviews on YouTube about these I purchased this set. The motors on each clipper do not feel powerful like the Wahl or Andis BUT they cut my hair evenly w/o an issue! No pulling or biting at all. I usually like to low drop fade my hair w/ a half inch taper in front. The guards provided fit snug- they didn’t loosen or lift while cutting. My drop fade goes from 0.5 to the 2 guard so what’s in the box worked perfect! The edger gave me a super crispy line up & cleaned up the bald area of my drop fade w/ ease. Even threw in a surgical part around the temple area nicely. I’m slow on the cutting process b/c I’m still learning & I try to blend better w/ each cut. The batteries were about 72% by the time I finished. They didn’t run hot either. I don’t know how these compare to pro clippers such as Gamma, Babyliss, & Style Craft but they’re solid for beginners self cut! I’ll hold on to these for a while before I upgrade.

This is a nice set. Clippers have some weight to them but not bad. The trimmers are not the greatest, they don’t really cut close. I think they are good to be used on kids.

I was sick of paying $40 for a haircut. I cut my own hair every weekend now. These clippers are great and I like that it has a power display on the big clippers so you know how much power you have left.

Just received it . Am very impressed by this set. Heavy , feels high quality , looks great . Trust it works as well as it looks .

My wife has been giving me a mid fade number 2 buzz cut for the last 2 months using a cheap $45 Remington clipper set from Priceline. Needless to say once we decided to upgrade and try the Suprent Black Devil clippers we were blown away. Not only are the clippers well made, but for the price we paid ($145AUD) which includes the trimmer and a cape, it's a bargain. My wife cut my hair tonight for 2 hours and the display screen shows 65% battery remaining. Contrary to what I'd read in other reviews, we didnt find that the clippers get hot. My wife did comment that after the 2 hours cut, her wrist was tired and that the device is heavy (but she prefers that as it's easier to get control of the clipper and it feels very solid/well made). While we haven't owned a set of Wahl brand clippers, I can't imagine paying almost double for a decent Wahl clipper and then fork out more cash for a trimmer too, given what Suprent is producing for half the price. The trimmer is easy to use and almost zero gapped. It won't fully bald you, but it's close enough. Definitely a fan of this companies products.
