Okay so I have been using various melatonin beads for a few years now. At first, the doctor suggested melatonin and I a bought strip of the tablets from the local medicine store (10mg) and it was pretty good.I don’t know, maybe social media peer pressure, saw a lot of people were using gummies and fortified melatonin products and someone suggested this. It has messed with my system. So first of all, it doesn’t help you fall asleep nicely like my previous mel products. Second, it has some weird hangover sort if feeling that makes the next day even worse. Spending my days and afternoons and evenings in a state of delusive sleepiness. And at night, I’m awake like an owl. Wish I could not only get a refund for the product but extra money for the damages.
