Very good if you have shoes with bad cushioning.

Product was good but I received opened item.

I tried frido gel which was ok but then I bought this dual gel thinking I'll get much needed cushioning but it's worse than single gel . Both are so thin at toes you feel hard beneath and heel is no different than a nornal insoles. They just want to sell everything they get their hands on

The insole is actually pretty decent and good quality, the thing to remember is even though they have given the cut-out lines to cut the insoles to bring them in the size, you should not directly cut on their guidelines and the shoe sizes are different . Cut it as per your shoe size and your last sole used in the shoe. The absorption is amazing and shock absorption is amazing while speed walking.
