Works amazing. It doesn't get too hot. I love the fact that it's not too bulky, but still covers where I need it during my monthly cycle. Due to the warmness of it, it helps with the pain a little bit from the ovulation or my cycle as I do have PCOS so it is horrible. The stickiness does irritate my skin a little bit, but I can lay it on my underwear and still feel the warmness through my underwear. Overall, a great buy for the money.

Worth the price comfortable and effective!
At first, I thought this was a bit pricey for just three patches, but it’s definitely worth it. I can use them all day while working, and they’re not bulky at all just soft and comfortable. Each individual patch is large enough to wrap my tummy perfectly, which makes a big difference. I love how effective and convenient they are, and I’ll definitely keep using them!

Works great
These work great for me. They stick to my clothes, which is important as I can’t use the stick to skin kind, and unless you get crazy or move them around they don’t fall off. They do get, and stay plenty warm for the whole length of time stated. I have severe, severe cramps and these are a must for me when the pills just aren’t cutting it. I subtracted 1 star because I do think they’re overpriced.

Small but effective
Although these are on the smaller size, they work very well for my teenage daughter. They get hot enough to sooth her cramps.

Super affordable patches!
My daughter started using these today and it has really helped with her cramps! They are the perfect size and quality relief! They are also affordable and easy to use! She was able to lay in her bed and use the patch with no issue!

Where's the Heat
These are a waste of money. They barely heat up and don't stick at all. Do not recommend!

Idea=genius. Execution=not so much.
They do not stick to skin. Obviously your not supposed to but as someone with chronic back pain I bend the rules. I tried it on clothes as instructed just to see and it also doesnt stick to that either. Nor does it get hot enough to feel it through fabric anyways. I'm so sad because these are super cute and the shape would be perfect for fitting my lower back
