Micromax Atom 11.6-inch Laptop (2GB/32GB/Windows 10/Black/1.72kg), L1160

Both my Kids had their own Android Tablets, and that was sufficient until now... But my Son needed to start Programming and my Daughter needed to prepare Documents and Presentations soon... So I decided to get this extremely light and very reasonable Laptop (or Lapbook as Micromax calls it)... This thing is actually a delight to use, and quite capable too! The Quad Core Intel Processor, combined with the 2GB RAM make it quite a smooth machine, even for multitasking purpose! It already comes with Windows 10 pre-installed, and leaves enough space on the internal drive to install other software packages - there is also an option to add more space via the MicroSD Card Slot... The battery life is great, the screen is crisp and speakers are surprisingly loud and clear! All in all, a Great Buy!

I gifted the product to my brother and he is an avid user of a laptop. It's doing a decent job for a budget like this. But the product is more like and ipad only on laptop get up. So mostly it works on app. But it's pocket friendly and will do an okay job in lieu of a laptop.

I had a clear agenda before buying this one. To be used for browsing, youtube and mail check. Nothing more..nothing less. If you have higher expectations, get ready to spend more bucks.At 8k, this laptab works well and justifies the price. I'm using the same laptab to write this review.

I am extremely happy with it.I have a sincere suggestions...First of all read it's specifications carefully.Then figure out why you want to buy this product .. what do u expect out of it...It's excellent for basin surfing and reading PDF s.. watching movies.Battery is good with a little dim display.It doesn't slow down with multiple PDF and multiple chrome windows open.I have installed chrome VLC and Adobe. Bas. That's all I will be using it for..**It does not have MS WORD pre-installed.**Keyboard is not very great but it's doable.Use it gently for longevity.Its sleek looking and light weight very easy to carry.I'm using it for studying, Netflix, and browsing.It's a great buy for the price.Again... Read the specs before you buy it and you won't be disappointed..Cheers.

We have taken this laptop for basic office usage but sadly within a month of average usage, the device isn't working properly. The major issue is with internet connectivity. It doesn't catches up the Wi-Fi & every time you need to restart the system in order to allow the Wi-Fi to connect.It is very handy & the battery backup is really good but guys if you are looking for official usage, this is not the right thing to go for . Me & around 11 friends of mine have taken this laptop & every single piece is having the same issue. Decide before you invest

Honestly I am reviewing this,after just of 10 days it starts to hang, heated up within minutes,charging back up good, land for connection not worked, wifi always disconnecting, always shows there are some issue,,,worst purchase don't go,Updated review:- this laptop got stopped working, when I reach service center they asked that the good is out of warranty. As they was need some kind of c sticker to claim warranty as I purchased it on or before 2 months, at last thanks to amazon and seller apparoo retail seller to take back this laptop, for this reason I am updating start from 1 to 5

I got the defected laptop power button and some keys are not working properly. Yes Its light weight and delivery was on time. But upset to get the defective item.I request Amazon to replace the unit.
