RDP ThinBook 1430-EC1 14.1 inch Laptop (Intel 1.92 GHz Quad Core/2GB RAM/32GB Storage/Windows 10/Sharp Edges Glossy Finish with Small Thick Bezel)

I was in search of a device which was under 15k and had a big screen enough to do normal work and even good for watching movies.... Probably after doing alot of research I came across this company RDP... Ordering for the first time..I was also double minded and it was an Indian based company so I thought of trusting it and I ordered this device...And then it got delivered very fast...My first impression on this device when I unboxed it was like voooo.... it's soo thin not that light weight but not even heavier it was an amazing Device the feel of the device is so good it feels soo premium when you take it in your hand...Now that was just a physical review....I than switched on the device and saw that brilliant screen very bright and with an amazing small side bezel display...It can play 1080p videos and the color contrast is amazing for this price... Talking about performance it's good I wouldn't say best or great but for the price it's 5/5...This was all the good stuffTalking about cons:-1. The trackpad is not good at all but that problem can be solved by a mouse...But I would request the company to solve this issue..as such there is no problem but it is too sensitive that makes working a bit difficult..it clicks by itself sometimes when I'm scrolling...2. Is the speaker which is placed down it's better if it's position can be changed and volume could be increased...I received windows 32 bit I was expecting 64Overall I would say instead of buying any tablet with 10 or 11 inch screen buy this it is more efficient and with a big screen and looks premium aswell...

Light weight and good battery life. Keyboard felt disappointing initially, but after using it for some time, I started liking the solid but soft feel. Trackpad is the worst part of this laptop- no option to switch off the multi finger jesters or adjust the sensitivity. I turn the trackpad off and use a mouse instead. Charging the battery to 100% takes a long time.

Initially, I was happy with the price. The battery was also very good. But one day suddenly my laptop got turned off and after that, I was never able to turn it on again.

I have used for a 15+ days and the product is so far so good.**Only cons, i felt is storage, need to get some upgrade atleast 256GB.*****Worth buying.***

Its one of the best utility laptops ideal for students and for any professional usage as well....STORAGE: You will get free usable memory of around 20 GB. Memory card slot is provided to increase it futherOS: Windows 10 Home is preinstalled ,Any app eg :MS office etc. is not preloaded.....I personally like this as we can install them based on our UtilityDISPLAY: Its good ...could be better in terms of reducing glare . Thin Bezel really enhances the viewing experience and viewing angles for a 14" screen.PERFORMANCE: This is where the laptop stands out. Low boot time , multiple apps run comfortably without lag. Battery easily lasting full day with regular usage Not tried with gaming .Just keep the machine clean it will work awesomeSOUND: Speaker are provided at bottom....sound quality is not that good.....but you can always use Earphones....KEYBOARD : Chicklet Keyboards provide good typing experience. Key placement is ok . Feels comfortable once you get bit used to it.Power button is provided just after F12 as a key...I would have liked a separate one...MOUSE: Its erratic ..crazy...drag becomes click...click becomes zoom ....multitouch is not properly calibrated .I ordered  Logitech M235 Wireless Mouse (Grey)  along with it for better experienceOverall is a useful, highly portable product worth the price tag..

It's been 4 months since I switched to this device and the adaptor has already stopped working.It is too early to already start breaking you expect it to last a bit longer but it didn'tIt is not value for money if you keep spending on fixing it.

Really substandard. Aesthetically good but very slow and mouse pad is the worst. Good for watching movies that's all. Not even good for browsing and stuff. Buy at your own risk.

Update!! Received a good quality laptop bag as promised by RDP. Thank you!!- Looks premium with a metallic matte finish. It comes in dark grey color and provides a good grip. The build quality is very good and doesn't feel cheap at all. Even the outer box packaging is of good quality.- Lightweight and can be carried easily in a handbag.- Full size keyboard with well spaced keys. Makes typing easy.- Display quality is excellent! Viewing angles are also good. (much better than my Lenovo G5080). Super thin bezels make it look more stylish.- Comes with Atom x5-Z8350 processor which is better and faster compared to the previous generation Atom processors. I didn't face any lags so far with basic usage like browsing, editing docs, etc.- Heats up a bit at left side.- Speakers are a bit low but with my Sennheiser earphones, the sound output was excellent.- Came with 98% charge and in 40 min of usage (basic set up, video and music streaming and internet browsing) battery came down to 87%.- Touch pad lags sometimes. Could have been better.- my unit had a dented space bar which I realised after a couple of days so had to replace. So far so good. In this budget, I think this the best option.
