Rallye HS1 Halogen 62185RL Exterior Headlight Bulb (12V, 45/40W) Silver for Motorcyles

I bought this bulb for my Honda Activa 125 2016 model) with a doubt that it might be not brighter than the stock bulb of phoenix 35w/35w but this bulb prove me wrong. It is approx 30%-50% brighter than the stock bulb which solves my problem on bright roads. Initially I was skeptical and after seeing some videos on YouTube I came to know that led bulbs are also of no use. So I was like there is no way to increase brightness but at last finally I got a solution for it. Now I just have to see for how long it will work. In short just go for it specially if you have 2 wheeler like Activa or other brands scooter and want a cost efficient bright bulb for it. You will not regret buying it.

Brightness is sufficient

I found it the best bulb at this price range. I'm personally very happy with this bulb. I'm using it in my Honda Activa 3G (2015 Model). I used to have very low light at night. But this is much better than the OEM 35/35W OSRAM bulb. I'll recommend to use this 45/40w bulb instead of 55/60w car bulb as that will create much more strain on the battery and the stock wiring. This 45/40w bulb illuminates a larger portion of the road and its high beam is really very bright. I have used it in pitch dark off-road conditions and its performance is very good. One last thing i would suggest you, if your battery is old, then this bulbmay create excessive strain on your battery. So do one thing. Replace the pilot bulb and the all other 10w/7w bulbs of instrumental Cluster to 0.5w leds. It will help to reduce the strain on your battery. And the instrumental cluster will look very cool with white leds.

Good but not the best coz when I ride my bike in between 40 to 50 km the brightness was same as Stoke halogen but when I give the throttle to 70 to 80 km it more bright than Stoke blub so over all it is only for new motor cycle which are DC setup but not suitable for old motorcycle and Ac setup motorcycles.

I ordered two of these back in 2017 January and I was one of the first few who gave this product a chance. And I was not wrong. This bulb met all my expectations and even surpassed it. It was genuine product "MADE IN GERMANY" came in sky blue box packing and it lasted me for 8 years on my scooter but got fused recently and other one is still working on my bike. The light was bright and powerful enough for a two wheeler. Based on this experience i bought it again. HOWEVER, I don't know why the manufacturer changed its manufacturing to China based products. This cheap quality replica crushed all my previous good experience. That light is worse or same as 35/35 bulb. I regret buying it again. Conclusion...it was good before...now this purple one is china manufactured and highly likely a cheap copy. Do not buy this one.

OEM bulb was 35/35w thus not having enough light on the road. I was after 60/55w bulb, no doubt they will be much brighter but also they will put more pressure on the battery/alternator. So bought this. I must say packaging was not so impressive by the seller. It was just packed in a amazon plastic wrap, no bubble wrap was there inside the packet. Humble request to the seller that kindly provide bubble wrap as the lamp is made of glass. Now coming to the bulb, fitting is very easy, brighter than by oem bulb. Just fitted today, I guess it will serve the purpose without putting much load on the battery/alternator. Happy with the product. Recomended if someone is suffering from low light due to oem bulb but unable to fit a 60/55watt bulb due to small battery. Also pocket friendly..
