Well, overall, it’s a good product and does the job. I was very reluctant to order the product after reading the latest reviews, especially those where customers raised concerns about redness. I took a chance, as a friend of mine advised it works. So, here are my honest comments: it did show a bit of redness, but nothing that would be an issue. On the positive side, it worked great! I am posting about my actual experience in the photos and videos. I think, in modern life, we don’t want to face realities. We just want a product that's a lotion with no signs, and we don’t like to leave our comfort zones. So, we probably prefer to buy a product that doesn’t show any little reaction, and we are happy not to see any results. I believe we have to be ready to leave that comfort zone to see results, and this is the case for this product. I am certainly ordering this again and using it as long as I see some noticeable results.

Yes, it turns the area of skin red for a short period of time, but then it subsides, and it does what it states!

I am particular about smells so this is not a product I will purchase again just because of the smell.

For starters, if someone buys this product believing that it will actually melt away body-fat wherever its applied, then you don't have a proper understanding of how the body functions. If you wanna melt off parts of your body, use Hydrofluoric acid, not a menthol cream, which is basically all this product is.HOWEVER, that being said, I like this product and have purchased it multiple times because when its applied prior to cardio, it will start to warm up the areas where its applied and cause you to sweat more in those areas. This is likely why it helps to tighten skin, by drawing out some of the subcutaneous water in your flabby areas. I always found that it helps with motivation as the warming sensation serves as a constant physical reminder of the areas you are trying to address through cardio in the first place.Also, I find the minty aroma very pleasant. Olfactory perception is the strongest scent tied to memory and it got to the point where the smell of this cream reminds me of cardio and weight loss, further motivating me.This cream is not a substitute for hard work and self-discipline when you're trying to lose weight. So if you don't already possess those two qualities, this bottle of warm, smelly, tingle cream isn't going to be the miracle solution you are hoping for.

I had to order a second bottle. Don't leave this product out in the open inside the gym locker room, I turned my back to go wash my hands and upon returning my bottle disappeared. must of grown some legs and walked out.. LOL But I got to use my first bottle for almost a month, noticed my stomach region was retracting just a slight bit, wish I could of used it a bit longer but maybe that person just really couldn't afford a bottle at the moment. I might write a much longer review after I use up my second bottle. but I think it seems to work, If the king can use it so can we!! Light Weight BABY!! yeeah buddy!

Soon after I went to Walmart with my wife. While in Walmart I began to break out in hives, itchy all over and burning. I had to go home immediately. On the way home I did the Return process to get my money back for this cream. I jumped in the shower, I began to scream because the water hitting my skin burned me even more. I got out and laid on my bed across two towels because I couldn't bare drying off. I was in excruciating pain. Later that night the hives were calming down and going away. But I continue to itch. A year later today Feb 8, 2022 I am currently itching as I type. I had no itching for nothing prior to applying this cream. Ronnie Coleman inspired me to buy it. I see it's just too powerful for some of us.

I've been using Shrink Toning Lotion, and it's amazing! This cream has really helped smooth out my skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite. It’s packed with ingredients like aloe vera, caffeine, and vitamin E, which feel super nourishing. When I use it with the Shrink waist belt during my workouts, it feels like it's working even harder.

I was pretty skeptical on whether or not this lotion would work, but I'm here to say that I'm actually seeing results on my legs. I will also add that you have to continue using it frequently being seeing said results, but trust the process and keep at it!

This product works however, it is not a magic potion so, don’t get your expectations too high as you will be doing most of the work.It is obvious that it will work differently on different people, the same way the same diet and gym regimen will work differently on two different persons. It took me days to see it working. I always been into sport, basketball, sprinting, some combat sports however, after several years of inactivity due to an accident and less time to exercise, I find myself only going to the gym. I go to the gym 6 times a week, I cycle to work and I am past 35 y o. My whole body changed but my midsection. After a few years I understood I needed help to burn that stubborn fat and yes, like most of us here,I saw mr Olympia use it so I thought I will give it a try. With everything I was already doing, I started to see results within days. For the first time in almost a decade I feel like finding my 6 pacs back after a few month. Bear in mind there is no one formula fits all. You need to try it for yourself and see if it works for you but, you need at least to be working out and eating right, again it is not a magic potion!
