It’s noticeably more effective than manual brushing, especially around the gumline. The battery life is another BIG win. I only charged it every 3-4 weeks. For travel or everyday use, that’s really convenient. It also comes with multiple brushing modes, which is nice to have depending on whether you want a deeper clean or something more gentle for sensitive gums. The build feels lightweight but not cheap and it’s easy to hold even when wet. The included 6 brush heads are a good bonus and they seem easy enough to replace when needed. Charging is simple with the included base and everything feels straightforward with no complicated setup or app required. If I had one minor complaint, it’s that it doesn’t have the “smart” features or premium feel of much more expensive brands like Sonicare or Oral-B. But honestly, at this price point, that’s expected and not a dealbreaker for me. Leta talk about the battery, this battery lasts so long that I will charge it after a few months just to make sure it’s ready for the next use. If you are looking for an affordable electric toothbrush and this is the one and it’s easy to get replacement heads.

I finally refused to buy another $100 Philips Sonicare after my second one died exactly when the two-year warranty expired. I picked this COSLUS up at full price strictly because getting the handle a travel case and an 18-month supply of brush heads cost less than one pack of name-brand refills. I honestly expected a hollow rattling piece of cheap plastic. Instead the matte black handle has a solid weight to it and the motor delivers that intense high-pitched sonic hum that instantly foams up your toothpaste. After brushing twice a day for six weeks my teeth have that perfectly slick feeling you normally only get leaving the dentist chair. The battery performance is what really convinced me to keep it. I left the wireless charger in the box and haven't plugged this thing in once since day one. I even took it on two weekend work trips without the cord and the motor hasn't dropped a fraction of its power. It does the standard 30-second stutter to tell you to switch quadrants which is great for mindless early morning brushing. I am capping it at four stars for two very specific physical limitations. First the five cleaning modes change the rhythm of the brushing but you cannot adjust the actual intensity up or down. If the standard mode is too aggressive for your gums you just have to switch to the softer pulsating mode. Second the replacement heads lock onto the metal shaft so aggressively that taking them off requires an absurd amount of force. I actually had to wrap a hand towel around the brush head just to get enough grip to yank it off without snapping the plastic. If you have arthritis or hand mobility issues you should definitely skip this. But if you just want a reliable powerhouse of a toothbrush and don't mind wrestling with a piece of plastic every three months this is a massive steal.

I am impressed by the build quality, especially for the price. It feels solid. This is replacing a battery powered toothbrush. The Coslus feels more like an ultrasonic vibration, which feels very effective and doesn't require as much pressure. The brush heads seem adequate - soft bristles, a bit small but the idea is to focus on each tooth. Time will tell how durable it is, but so far so good.

First non rotary brush I've used. Brushes great and comes with a lot of replacement heads and travel case. Excellent value. Compact, Easy to use.

I am very happy with this purchase. It's a very good product and a good price. It has features that weren't stated, such as a 2 minute timer and the 30 second pause that the big name brand has. It feels heavier than I expected in a good way - I kind of expected a lightweight less expensive item. I like the bristles on the brush better than my other big name brand. I would definitely buy this again. I haven't owned it very long, so have yet to know it's longevity.

Powerful, yet subtle enough, depending on settings. And not too loud. I have to admit this is a pretty awesome unit, especially for the price (at $20 when I got it, way better than my rotating OralB at $100). When it hits a decent price point here (which is always jumping around a bit) just get it. It's not rated highest here for nothing!
