Not compatible withthe electric voltage in India . Did not work form day 1 . Have been following up for Exchange or refund since the day the product arrived - end April - have not heard from Amazon or Colourpik till now. extremely unprofessional. Not expected from Amazon who generally are so efficient

Power watts is not suitable for use in india.So, It got failed.
Received the product as described. But, the product watts must be 240 as per the normal electrical power to use here in india. But, this item is comes with 110 watts which is suitable for some other countries. Therefore, it got failed at the first use itself.

Better than the cordless type
Better than the cordless type. In the later u can’t change the battery. U have to purchase a new water flosser

Product didn't work and didn't get replacement
I did not get a voltage converter. I had to order a voltae converter separately and by the time it arrived 10 days had passed. Anyways, turns out the product does not work. And the seller refuses to replace the defective piece because 10 days have passed. I've not even used the product once so my money was wasted. I would say do not buy this flosser because it might not work and you might not get a replacement like me.

Product not working. Returned.
Received the product however unlike other customers I have not got any voltage converter so used my own. But product do not works on 230v here in India. Amazon India & sellers should ensure wether the product they are selling is going to work on Indian voltage before bringing on display to customer. Non applicable product should be removed. What is point in selling the product which is not going to work in current system? Waterpiks cordless product are best as I have used them.
