Amazed!
As a French Chef, I was very pleased to be re-acquainted named YuZiJiang that you sell. I know it was a Russian product, even though, "Made in Russia" should be added for the consumer to know. Don’t buy this product or you are going to get poisoned.
This is not salmon eggs. It is chemical pellets. It tasted weird compared to other sellers I bought before then I did a experiment. I dropped one egg to clear water for 2 hours and the color fade. See my attached pictures below. The real salmon egg in water for 2 hours it would be turning cloudy.

Salmon Roe too firm
Yes it is salmon roe and tastes good, but the size and firmness of the roe is not pleasant. The eggs are too small, and they are too firm -- they do not burst easily and you find yourself just swallowing whole eggs, not experiencing the flavor within.

Good for champagne tastes on a beer budget
Although there was no ice pack to keep the product cool and the flavor was a bit on the bland side, the product was fresh enough and satisfied my craving for something fancier without breaking the bank.

Chemically made processed imitation of fish roe
This is NOT the salmon roe! It is an imitation. Chemically made product with preservatives and 80% fish broth and additives. Colored and processed . Do not buy! The name is misleading and it is not healthy or tasty. I threw away the whole can because it smelled and misrepresented in the description.

I am sorry but product has a very strange plastic flavor almost like bathed in chemicals . Plus the eggs are very tough to bust . Not sure these are even real? Taste very artificial. I wish I could give a better review .

Refrigerate and they taste even better!
I ate the whole thing so quick it was not even funny… it’s really good! Made some sushi rice with it and omg yes! The other people are crazy calling this bad. I have had bad and this is not it at all. Trust me, nice eggs with a salty pop! Getting more.
