Fake product
Very disappointed with this LโOrรฉal Professionnel shampoo. The product doesnโt even feel or look like a genuine shampoo, and it produces almost no lather when used in a normal amount. It only lathers when a large quantity is applied, which makes me question the quality and authenticity of the product. For a professional-range shampoo, I expected much better quality and performance. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and the product honestly gives me the impression that it could be fake or not genuine.

Looks like old product+leaking+bad packaging
I bought this product since September,2024 but didn't have the time to give feedback but I've been saving all the photos of the products for a later feedback...So I received this product in a very bad condition but it's an original one.The bottle has dried shampoo residue all over it and near the cap and it looks like a used item.There was no plastic seal or leak-proof packing, just put directly in the amazon box.For a professional shampoo this is unacceptable and unhygienic.The product inside is 100% genuine and perfect,makes hair very soft and smooth so I kept it... Hope for a good experience next time ๐
