Product Replacement
I have received this product on 24/07/2018, after that I was used a mobile normal condition only. But, last Monday onwards that's is 06/08/2018 I couldn't use mobile normally. It's showing an error like when I charged the mobile it's working good. After removing the charger it's automatically switches off and on. When it's on it showing only open screen LG Symbol.. After that I couldn't use this normally.. So, I want to replace this product kindly assist and do the needful.

Hello Team,I Purchased LG Spirit H442 with 4G LTE (Black Titan) | B0183M9ZAW ( LG Spirit H442 with 4G LTE (Black Titan) ) on 25 Aug 2018 , now the phone is completely not opera table , its completely shuts off , I am really very much unhappy about the product .. its completely waste of money ..my sincere request to Amazon team pls verify the product then post it, it will create big gap about TRUST on amazon product.I am expecting my money back as the phone is not usable.I hope I will get quick resolution on my issue.sincerely,Not a Happy customer.

6499 and I am very happy with it
I have bought this phone for Rs.6499 and I am very happy with it.It is a 4G LTE and Volte supported phone.It's touch experience is beautiful then Sony phones, and I noticed that it doesn't heat as LYF phone when I use 4G data.Battery performance is good.On stand by it consumes very very few power of battery.On the end of 24 hours it still 40-45% battery.

Very Slow Working and Very hard touch screen
You have to tap very hard to work the touch screen and you have to wait few seconds to open a conta or to make / attend calls.absolutely no value for money. Touch screen very hard. Speed is really really pathetic. You wont get performance of 1 gb ram.

Change the mobile set as no simcard is working in this mobile. And right earpiece is not working.
Mobile right earpiece is not working n my simcard is not working in this Mobile but if I put my simcard in my sister mobile it work, so pliz change my mobile because if the simcard is not working in this mobile than what's the use of this mobile.
