Ubiquinol is a wonderful energy supplements for elderly esp diabetics..

Good packing. Tablets are easy to swallow though they are very big. But the smooth capsule is easy to swallow. However this supplement unlike Jarrow's Arginine or DHEA is more a preventive supplement and probably will take many months or years to show up any results (or lack of it). It is rather expensive and am looking for another cheaper source to continue the regimen.
