Unable to charge the new battery .
I trturned the battery using the return label , as instructed . I sent it by Hermes .FOUR times the parcel was delivered back to me .Three times I went back to where I posted it , on the 4th . Time ,I handed it back to the Hermes driver , and explained the situation . I know that this is not the correct place to leave this message ,but I could not find any other way of contacting you .Please forward this message , to who it might concern .Thank you .
