I was hesitant at first about the price, but the Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner (17-Piece Kit – Versatile Chemical-Free Cleaning for Floors, Cars, Tiles, etc) is completely worth every penny! We recently started a renovation and we’ve used this steam cleaner in every possible aspect.With zero noise and a perfect size for moving around the house, this compact machine will power through any mess in any part of your home. It heats up at or around eight to ten minutes and works well under any conditions. Some report water leakage, but I haven’t had any problem. It is steam, so when it’s idle you will have to “bleed” out the attachment by simply pressing the trigger for a second or two.Overall, the durability and ease make this product one that I will continue to use over and over again.

This is the best steam cleaner out there in its price range. Even at 2x the price, it would be worth it. Cleaned two decades of grime in the kitchen tiles and grout - unbelievable results. Elbow grease is required.Strong steam pressure that is sustained over a decent period of continuous use. In other words, it does not run out of steam easily!Superb design and build quality as well. Power cord is long enough to cover 12 ft distance easily. If I have to find a flaw, it would be that it is hard to tell how much water remains in it during and after use. But this is a small issue and doesn't really impact the fact how great this small piece of engineering marvel is.

As a clean freak this has changed my cleaning game!!(Especially with a newborn on the way!)It's super easy to use. Please pay attention to the manual, it's very descriptive for REASONS.The steam is definitely hot, it made my room very warm with a closed door because of having multi cats, lol. I love the versatile attachments (I even purchased extra from their store, IN LOVE!!!) they're actually fun and easy to use. The weight is managable. The effectiveness was indeed impressive. My main flooring is tile and bedrooms are carpet it literally works with both.

The product is great! You will have to vacuum before steam cleaning but the floor feels really clean with just hot water.The cord is short so you have to keep unplugging as you move thru the home , plug in and wait for temp to build up and then mop . Overall - glad I bought it. Simple design. You need distilled water. Wish they would specify exactly how many ounces of water or fill the container or how many ounces of water with clean thousand square feet etc

Pleasantly surprised at how well this cleans. The ease of changing the heads and use, in general, make it a definite 5 stars.

I had really high hopes for this steamer! But on first use the floor attachment broke. I reached out to the company and after sending me the wrong attachment multiple times, I did get a replacement. Following that I have had 2 more accessories broke; one during use and the other just came apart in my hands after taking it out of the storage bag, which I had to buy separately (a wand and a extension tube). The triangle brush and the small brush heads do not last long. It cost $30 for the small round replacement heads. The metal replacement heads turn everything a grayish/black color after use. It’s hard to find other replacement parts. This model has to be turned off and cooled off to refill the water. Unless you want to put oven mitts on to swap out the heads mid clean, which would be a challenge, you’ll have to let it cool off to change out the pads or accessories. I was sad to see that none of the bundles offered the nicer storage bag or adequate/realistic number of replacement pads or accessories. This steamer didn’t work very well on furniture. Maybe it would if it was very light cleaning, which defeats the purpose. Overall it seems unreliable and overpriced for what it is.

As a steam cleaner, it functions. The ability to use towels of choice instead of only their brand of mop covers was one of the selling points for me. Multi tip tools for various cleaning makes it versatile. It is light weight even when filled with water, casters on bottom make it easy to pull around as your cleaning.However, the designers favored aesthetics instead of function. The power cord is manually rolled up in the base of the unit requiring you to lift and hold while wrapping the cord, or tip on its side to store the cord. Storage is cumbersome as there is no where to wrap the 6 foot steam hose, and the 8 inch clearance required for the steam outlet that is permanently sticking out the side. No docking for the accessories and tool heads. There is no fill level indicator so you have no way of knowing how full the water reservoir is until it overflows the top…
