I recently purchased the WELLSOON Cold Therapy System V2.0 cold therapy machine, and it has been a game-changer for my recovery process. Here are some key points from my experience:1. Great customer service: The unit comes with 4 O-rings and after 2 1/2 weeks of coupling and uncoupling the pads, the O-rings failed and so I replaced them. I contacted WellSoon Sunday evening, to see if I could get more -rings. I expected a response sometime Monday and to my surprise they had responded before I went to bed Sunday evening. Within a couple of days I had more O-rings delivered. Great customer service.Conclusion: Overall, the WELLSOON Cold Therapy System V2.0 machine is a fantastic investment for anyone needing effective and convenient cold therapy. It has significantly aided my recovery and provided much-needed relief from pain and swelling. I highly recommend it to others.

Ease of operation

We purchased this cold therapy system just prior to my knee replacement. It works extremely well and stays cold for a second application several hours later. In the beginning we had trouble getting the water to flow through the tubes to the pad around the knee. We thought it was the electronics but it turns out that the hose was a bit compressed. We set the unit away from my chair so that the water flowed efficiently through the tubes and flows well every time. I help by straightening the tube as it flows into the pad removing any possible compression and it works like a charm!

I liked the control of the cold application, it is perfect for post operative pain and swelling control.

This machine has been awesome and easy to use for post op shoulder surgery. I use it 2-3 times a day. So much more effective than using ice bags. Great value for the money. I would have spent 4 times as much renting a machine.

This cold therapy system looks like a big cooler with a hose coming out of it. The top has easy to understand controls for helping you dial in just the right type of cold therapy you need for whatever body area you are working with. The unit comes with good instructions and a helpful quick guide sticker. It does take some work to get this going, but once you have it all figured out, it does a great job delivering excellent ice therapy to the affected joint. I had no problem with leaks. The pad it comes with works on various parts of the body, which is great. It also comes with elastic velcro straps to keep the cold pad in place. I started out low and slow with this so I didn’t do any damage to myself by using the cold for too long. This unit has brought a lot of pain relief to my knees, ankles, elbows, wrists, and shoulders. I also was able to use it to calm my hip flexors. Overall a great machine for home use. Ice therapy can be so useful. It is wonderful to be able to do it myself, as I can continue my PT therapy at home. Overall a great unit. Highly recommended!

This is a lifesaver! We needed a great way to apply ice to injuries and this is just what we needed! We thought we had a problem with it (but there wasn't) so we called customer support - they were quick to reply and remedied the problem immediately - I would not hesitate to purchase through this company - and this ice therapy machine works great!
