Had been using arjun tabs, which are good for over 10 years. Have used Himalaya and Sri Sri brand. Arjuna does not lower cholesterol. It does't lower B.P. either. It improves blood circulation by strengthening heart muscles. It also thins blood and so you should not take if you are taking anti coagulant medicines.

I took it for lowering my cholestorl. After more than a month usage,it did not show any improvement.Best thing you can do is lower fat intake and exercise.
