Got a phone call from seller thanking me for my order and to arrange delivery which was earlier than expected. The two gentlemen who delivered it put it where I wanted and made sure it was level which was brilliant as I'm disabled and I wouldn't be able to do it myself. They showed me how to use it, I was very happy with the service thanks guys. The dryer is very quiet and relatively easy to use once you get the hang of it and read the instructions. You can have the water drain straight into the drain (like you would a washing machine) or have it collect info the container draw which is very easy to do. There is a light in the dryer which makes it easier to see getting stuff out. Dries very well I'd recommend it to everyone especially if you got thin walls or open plan as it's so quiet I'm very happy.

Early days, but a huge improvement on my old dryer. Drying times are shorter than expected and the drying results are good. Paid extra for express delivery and it arrived on time, the delivery team were very good at making sure we were happy with the dryer, unpacking it for us and making sure we had time to fully inspect it before they left. They even took away our old dryer free of charge. All in all very good service and a very good dryer.

First uses very good. Just dried some towells. Our old Zanussi condenser would have left the room warm and moist. Very different feel in the room with this machine which indicates plenty of recirculated heat pump upgraded air. One inor gripe was that it was merely dropped off the drier in our hall still in its packaging. Thee did not appear to be an option to dispose of the old machine which had an earth fault on the heater.

Excellent dryer, provided you read the instructions and understand the importance of separating materials according to their drying requirements. Not had an item that hasn't been fluffy warm and dry yet!
