With no chance for proper customer service, I will need to return this item. The first step of assembling wasn’t even possible as the cable doesn’t plug in to the back of the panel. I would need to use force to push it in which I am afraid I would break it. I am quite upset about this since I just wasted 130 AED on shipping

I got this red light over a week ago and so far it's been making a nice difference. It was very to set up and to use. Everything was included in the box including protective glasses. It has a nice stand so I can turn it on, set the timer, relax and not even think about it. I like the different settings on the remote. I appreciate that it covers so much of my body at once for overall healing and well being. I'm very happy with it and am already starting to see good results.
