Product did not suit my needs but it is a great product the customer service from EarBay is fantastic

I recently purchased a new headset and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The sound quality is excellent, and the headset is incredibly comfortable to wear, even for long periods. I had a minor issue initially, but the customer service team was fantastic. They were quick to respond and resolved my problem efficiently. Highly recommend this product!

It does the job, I don't have a particularly huge head but it definitely feels tighter than it should, the mic mute button would be better placed on the ear piece rather than having to grab the mic to get enough purchase to toggle it.

Headset seems to work ok when its not disconnecting mid call from the bluetooth

Headset looks good but I'm returning them as you can't answer a call via the headset if connected using the USB, which is the main thing I need when using them at work.

Even though this has only one earpiece , it was still very tight on the head. I found the sound inconsistent, sometimes clear, sometimes very unclear.The mute button on mine didn’t work and to be honest , it is not the easiest mute button to use being on the mic.Those are the reasons I returned mine.I did like the charging stand.

Good headset. Good sound quality etc
