Good mobile , it's almost 1.5 year I am using , yes it might slow down and hang if you do heavy task like video editing etc and it's a 4g phone so network issue you may have to face , feel it a bit slow if you have used 5g before .

I promptly contacted Amazon's customer support, expecting a seamless replacement or refund process. The Runaround I reached out to Realme's support team, hoping that they would be more helpful. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, and I was told that the problem was not resolved. The voice breakdown during calls continued, rendering the device unusable. The Replacement and Refund Period* As per Amazon's policy, I was within the 7-day replacement and refund period. However, both Amazon and Realme seemed unwilling to take responsibility for the defective device. Realme's service center refused to provide a denial letter, which Amazon required for a refund. A Catch-22 Situation This created a Catch-22 situation, where Amazon insisted that I needed a denial letter from Realme to process a refund, while Realme's service center refused to provide such a letter. I was left feeling frustrated and helpless, with no clear resolution in sight. A Call for Better Customer Support* As a customer, I expect a certain level of service from the companies I purchase from. In this case, both Amazon and Realme fell short of my expectations. Don't buy this phone. I bought this phone from amazon and the phone is working very slow even worse than ₹6k phone. I went to realme service centre for replacement but they were so rude and wasted 7 days of my replacement service. Now I am stuck with this very slow phone. I called Amazon for replacement/return and they said they don't return the phone, it is the brand which does and they told me to visit service centre. I told them service centre is not responding properly but they didn't help me. Amazon has the worst service it is a scam. I am regretting my purchase from Service centre is saying go to the seller and Amazon is saying go to the service center where should I go?!!!!Mene yeh phone Amazon se liya tha aur iski screen bilkul bhi scroll nahi ho rahi hai isse acha toh ek 6k ka phone chalta hai. Mene Amazon customer care par phone kia tha jispar mujhe bola Gaya ki Amazon return/replacement nahi leta hai brand karta hai. Mene bola ki service centre respond nahi kar raha hai par mujhe help nahi mili. Abh m es kharab phone ke saath phas gayi hu.service centre waale bolte hai jha se kharreda vha jao Amazon kehta hai service centre jao, hum jaye kha?!!! Yeh kesi gatiya service hai.
