I learned about a study, and although I don’t remember the exact details, but this was the gist of it. They had two groups of people, I believe fairly young. Both groups were confined to their bed for around two weeks. One group took perfect amino’s every day, and the other group did not. The group that did not, lost muscle mass and strength. The group that took perfect amino’s, did not lose any muscle mass despite being immobile for two weeks. Since learning about this study, I decided to take this at least once every day. I have been doing the same exercises for several years now, and have not noticed any change in my appearance for a long time. Since I started taking this supplement every day, even on the days, I don’t exercise, I’ve seen a major change in my muscle definition. I only lift weights occasionally, but even doing it just occasionally has made a very noticeable difference. Taking it every day seems to make sure I maintain whatever I’ve gained, even if it’s a couple weeks between times I lift weights. I’ve taken other amino acids for a long time, and they may have worked the same way if I had taken them every day. It could be that this brand is exceptional, but it could also be the regularity that has made the true difference.

I had high hopes for perfect amino, unfortunately I was unable to finish my first glass I mixed with chocolate flavor. They don’t warn you that this stuff tastes like chemicals. I had one sip and was like WTF? I took another sip just to make sure I wasn’t loosing my mind. I have a decent pallet too, I will try anything and love all sorts of foods, but the chocolate flavor was unpalatable. Into the trash it went, waste of $40, I would guess it tastes similar to battery acid if I knew what battery acid tasted like, some type of strong chemical. Their taste testers failed this flavor for sure. Might try the pill someday but I’m just disappointed that they even expect people to drink this.

Product helps curb my hunger while providing aminos. I like the chocolate but the lemon has a strange flavor in my opinion. I'll continue to buy other flavors.

I love this protein. Like any protein you have to adapt to the taste, this one is no exception. It mixes well and I take this with me on the road and it fills me, and satisfied all my protein needs. Try it!

I really like this. I add it to my black coffee every morning
