It was exactly as shown I checked whether real or fake, thankfully it was real I got registered in official Littmann website for warranty.

Must change the earbuds with the smaller ones if you have small ears.
I am reviewing after two weeks of using this steth. Trust me it's worth of every single penny. I had a cheaper one which I used throughout the course of my medical school. I must say it's one hell of an upgrade. And if you have small ears like me you should change the earbuds to the smaller ones. In that way the noise cancellation will work better and increase the quality of auscultation many folds. Good luck to all the future doctors. 💕
