I really like the way it is organized, with helpful educational information on one page and the labeling/coloring activity on the next. It makes studying feel much less overwhelming. One of my favorite features is the Color Guide included with each picture. As someone who is still a beginner in my medical class, sometimes I genuinely don’t know what colors I’m supposed to use for certain structures. Having the guide right there is extremely helpful and makes the coloring activities feel much more useful instead of just guessing. I also saw some other reviews mention that their books did not include the flashcards, so I specifically checked mine. My copy does have the flashcards, and they start on page 114. I was really happy to see them included because they add another way to review and study the material. Overall, this is a very helpful and well-organized book. It gives you enough information to actually learn from it without throwing so much at you that it becomes overwhelming. I highly recommend it, especially for someone who is newer to anatomy and medical terminology. It’s educational, easy to use, and actually makes studying more enjoyable. Perfect for Beginners Without Feeling Overwhelming

Recall game changer
The flashcards in this book are awesome. You get to color the structures after you quiz yourself on the original, insertion and innervation. Then cut them out and laminate them if you can. This offers another way to recall the information and solidify the info. Worth the money. I may buy another one for a classmate.

So far the best purchase for Kin/Biol 223
I’m coming back and writing a review after 3 months of using this, and let me tell you. IT’S been a LIFESAVER. It’s really hard to practice and memorize bones and muscles without the in class models but this has helped SO MUCH. I just had to write a review after I was stressing for this muscle practicum and I found these muscle flash cards in the book. Seriously get it. I’m currently holding on to a A in class! Helps to quiz yourself before a test!

Layout is perfect and great visual aid for studying!
Perfect for getting my through my A&P classes! As a visual learner and knowing that studies show repetitive test taking works, I got this book. It was laid out very similarly to how our text book was in terms of which chapters were when, so this was even better than I expected! Very easy to choose colors and study this way! (I got an A in pt 1 and an 89.78 in pt 2 in my classes so clearly it worked!)

Very useful and good for beginners
Although I am not a professional, in my opinion the book is perfect if one wants to broaden their knowledge. I am very happy with it and it's perfect for absolute beginners. Everything is organized logically and systematically. The knowledge comes "natural" and you can quickly refer to an organ or a system if you're uncertain of their location.

Great colouring book for anatomy revision
This is a great colouring book for revision, as the blank labels are especially useful for self-testing, and the images are clear and fun to colour. The revision cards are paper that you cut out from a group of pages in the book, each with an anatomical drawing of a muscle, or set of muscles, on the front with the names on the back. I have only given it 4 stars as I noticed a couple of printing errors (like in the picture where the label for the top drawing is missing) but in my opinion they do not affect the functionality of the book. The paper is quite thin, but not fully see-through, and there is definitely bleed through, but it is great for use with coloured pencils as these do not show through the page unless there is light behind it. I will definitely continue to use this book and believe it will be very useful alongside my textbooks for studying my degree. Overall, this is a great book for both people wanting to revise or just to colour some anatomy for fun.
