Kitchen grinder
Good, sturdy product. Easy to clean and maintain. It is still very new and I haven't worked it for long, so I cannot comment on the long term functionality. Yet it worked perfectly for the times that I used it. The grinding was fast and to requirement. The size is also very comfortable. It doesn't take up much space on the kitchen counter. Although the price was a bit on the higher side, the quality of the product makes it worthwhile. The only surprising bit was that it was delivered without any extra packaging with only the basic product box. Glad it arrived safely without damage.

Machine is good but customer service is not great
This machine works well but as long as u don't have a problem. i had to do a lot of back and forth with their customer service and it took many days to get a rubber gasket. So its not smooth and I would hesitate to buy another thing by glen

Keep the top lid open while putting back for usage !
You have to keep the top open whole putting back the juicer together for juicing else it won't latch only. The mechanism is that way. This would be confusing if you kept the top lid locked and tried to put back the juicer unit. Other than this it's easy to clean good sturdy juicer.
