Not sure why, but this eyeliner took nearly a month to receive - ordered on June 27 and received on 18 July (1 Star deduction). However, if a loooong wait time is not an issue for you, this is a product worth ordering.The tip comes pre-sharpened to a perfect narrow point and the color goes on nice and smooth - no "hiccups" on the lines. I was easily able to draw a perfect line in one swoop and was able to keep the sharp point by running the side of the tip almost parallel along my lash line. It comes with its own sharpener, but those never work for me and the sticks usually end up breaking, so I haven't tried it yet. The black has a good amount of saturation without looking goth-like. Along with my lash line I also applied it to the waterline and it stayed on for hours.It's definitely water-proof and you'll need a good oil or oil-cleanser to remove it. The liner dried quickly. I tested it on the back of my hand and after 20 seconds dry time it didn't budge no matter how much I rubbed it dry or wet.Amazing price for such a good eyeliner and a definite Buy...that is if you have a lot of patience.

This is a nice eye liner. It goes on smoothly and stays on all day. It is a nice, black shade. Overall, we would recommend this product.

this applies very nice and precise. it does smear a bit if its not set though. i have that problem almost every time i use this eyeline (not with my previous) but i love the way this applies. its such a nice pointy tip you can get where you need it. i will keep using this because i love how nice it goes on, and hopefully i can get used to waiting a bit longer for it to set without smearing.
