I bought other types/brands of magnesium pills and these are comparable. The size of the pills and the quantity for a dosage is good and easy to swallow pill form. I recommend for the price and amount in a bottle.

The pills are large gel capsules filled with powder, though I don't have trouble swallowing them. They seem no better or worse in their effect than other magnesium glycinate that I've tried. I have no trouble digesting them, and no unpleasant after-effects.

This is a great quality magnesium supplement. I take it every night before bed to help me sleep better and relax my muscles after a workout.

I've tried a few different magnesium supplements, and this one is by far the best. It's gentle on my stomach and doesn't cause any digestive issues. I've also noticed that it helps me sleep better and feel more relaxed. Highly recommend!

This is a 2 capsule dose supplement. Though I recommend anyone new to this sort of supplement take a half dose in a 2 capsule situation to start slow. I've been taking a Magnesium supplement to sleep about 30 minutes before bed every day. It has really helped. Every once in a while for whatever reason some of these supplements cause disturbing dreams. It's not the magnesium I would guess it's part of whatever else is in the blend. This one unfortunately causes this issue. Now that's just me. Half star off for that. I would also like to see 3rd party testing, this is important to me in supplements. I'm willing to try those who are not occasionally, but don't continue to buy them typically.

Naomi Magnesium Glycinate is a little different than others, as it's Chelamax Magnesium. That allows for a much better absorption and bioavailability than other chelated magnesium supplements.This is a 45 day supply (2 capsules a day) at 220mg. Product is formulated and distributed in the USA. Capsules are medium size, no smell or taste. Expiration is 2 years out so plenty of time to use. It also included MCT and Bamboo extract which helps with absorption.I normally give good supplements 4 stars, but being this is Chelamax, I'm giving it 5.
