Good picture ,but needs to be reset every few hours and seems looses WiFi connection. Also have kept it within 2 feet of the WiFi router for it to catch the WiFi signal ,beyond this it does not catch WiFi signal ,while we can access WiFi signals all over the house in 50mtrs radius.Stopped working after two months, would not work with storage card , remove s storage card and it works for few hours then again needs a reset. Very very poor quality....

It is a good product. No doubt. The images and videos recorded are of good quality for its price. The 2 way audio is a fantastic feature and the image capture quality at night using IR is very good. But this product is not detecting the SD card for continuous recording in my case. I was on call with smile drive customer service and they could only suggest that I reset the device and try. The alerts don't work either. The alert pops up but it expires when I want to look at it. So, basically I have to keep looking at the phone to see what is happening. If the SD card is properly detected and the alerts don't expire, I would give this device a 5 star.

Worst product, don’t buy. The box didn’t came with the adapter. For installation it is asking for an app which I can’t find..Bad choice.. total money loss.

Nearly 2 years without any issue. It needs 5V, 2 A charger, with 1 Amps chager after some days sdcard wont work So go with 5 V 2 Apms changer.
