Keeps histamine reactions at bay
Very helpful in keeping my histamine allergy at bay so I can eat something besides oatmeal and melon. Take 10 minutes before risky foods. Helps digestion as well.

Helps me with cross contamination reactions
I have a lot of food allergies and anytime we go out to eat I have to make a sacrifice because there is never an item that doesn't contain at least one food that bothers me. I choose the least damaging option on the menu. Taking this enzyme has really helped eliminate reactions to the low to medium offenders. It won't save you from the foods that really trigger a response but it does help mitigate the reaction some. I'm allergic to wheat but NOT celiac and this enzyme helps greatly with small cross contamination exposures. I say this because since taking it I haven't had a cross contamination reaction(2 days of gastric distress and severe allergic reactions to just about everything). It is possible I haven't been cross contaminated in the past year but it's highly unlikely. I would not take this and just go eat wheat. It isn't a miracle worker but a helpful tool to mitigate risk.

Take as directed!
This product works as directed and gets rid of gas caused by the histamine in foods. It's small and very easy to swallow. That being said, it won't stop my allergic reactions like itchy, burning eyes so I still do take a Claritin and a Luteolin supplement to support digestion.

Maltodextrin
Why would an ingredient that messes with digestion be in a product that’s supposed to help with digestion? I should’ve paid more attention before ordering and wasting $40. Avoiding food with maltodextrin for years has helped my body tremendously. What a joke! 🤯

Works and it rescues me from allergic responses
This rescue s me from allergic responses. With this, I can drink coffee. It doesn't bother me anymore. And there's I have an enzyme issue in this is the blessing that I'm glad we have technology to help people like me, that the slightest little thing sets me off into allergic responses.
