Transparent Vinyl Tape with Self-Adhesive. (1 inch x 50 ft, Brown)

Very good tape. It doesn’t leave a sticky residue after removing it. That’s the main reason I got it. Protects glass surfaces very well.

I purchased two tubular LED lights. They are technically under counter lights. They are to guide my legally blind father in law at night (to the bathroom). The bulbs were just a bit too bright and hurt his eyes, and interrupted his sleep. I found this tape in gray. I placed three strips of tape over each bulb. He tested them and determined two strips, not three was perfect for him. I was pleased this tape worked so well. I was also pleased that we could remove that one extra layer without any issue. My father in law originally wanted us to paint those tube lights. I didn't want to do that. It sounded messy and problematic. The tape arrive quickly. There is a generous amount on the roll. I have lots remaining. I'm sure we'll find a use for it. I would definitely purchase this again if needed.

I got this tape to dim the bright solar lights on our back stairs. I used 2 layers and now the lights don’t glare over the fence into the neighbor’s yard. Big roll, will last me a long time. Good stick.

Worked as I hoped! Walgreens children's humidifier - the previous humidifier had a blue hue which was a bit challenging for the kids at bedtime and had a longer sleep time than before. After researching from the reviews, I'm pleased it help toned a down the brightness. *taped in sections, 1 layer, some overlay at ends due to the curve of the machine, used Xacto knife to help trim*

I purchased this red tape so I could make white light sources red for use doing astronomy. It worked out but in truth the light created that way is a bit on the orange side. I found using a double layer helps. No one at the observatory has commented on the not-exactly-red light so I'm calling it a success.

It's a very nice product for what you need it for. Great sealing agent on the adhesive side and the color is spot on

I replaced some 4ft. fluorescent tube lights with LED tube lights, but the LED lights were designed for a shop or garage and had a glaring bright white color, instead of a soft white. I used this tape on them and it looks like they were designed to be soft white all along! Definitely be careful when applying the tape - it is pretty sticky and I would compare it to packing tape in terms of stickiness.

bought this with the intention of putting it on the clear lens of a flashlight to reduce the amount of bugs attracted to the light. Tape isn't heat resistant and smoked and melted after only a couple minutes of use. Now what do I do with it?

One or two tape layers of red tape will turn a white led orange, need three layers to turn it red. It does get the job done but this tape is like 10 times over priced for what it is.
