Defective lock mechanism
The earrings fitting was quite defective. I had to alter the position of the lock mechanism a bit to make it fit. The yellow chimes product description paper was missing inside the box. I had ordered few other products from yellow chimes and every time some paper specifying the brand and details of the product would be there inside. But this time it is missing. I doubt if a returned product was shipped. Because of covid times it is a headache to ask for return and order again .
