Like Kraftvoll Liposomal Turmeric Curcumin supplement. My joints are less painful. I haven't found it to assist with weight loss like some people claim, but it definitely makes sore, swollen joints feel better! It's not a pain pill, but is absorbed easily into your system quickly!
