I bought the Tynor Heating Pad Regular (Grey, Universal Size) for my grandmother, and it has truly been a great purchase. The pad is soft, comfortable, and fits well around her back and shoulders without slipping. The heat it provides feels soothing and gentle, just what she needs for her everyday aches and stiffness. What I appreciate most is how easy it is for her to use — simple controls, doesn’t get too hot, and the universal size works perfectly for her build. Good product

Good product by Tynor. Purchased a week before, after reading that it has auto cut off feature. Friends it do have auto cut off. It's temperature may be restricted to certain degrees but when it will drop below that, heating will start again. What I wanted was, it should cut off completely after 10 mins or so, so that if I got slept without switching it off then after certain time it should stop working. In short I needed timer function. This do not have such feature. I think no one have timer function. Two weeks back I burnt my other heating pad in same way. Buy it for - good quality, nice and soft heating pad skin. Good Build quality. It is not provided with extra washable cover as flamingo make. They say it is washable but how can one dare to wash the pad itself and after drying use it without hesitation.

WORST PRODUCT, ITS NOT GETTING HEATED ONLY AND FROM THE TIME ITS DELIVERED , UNFORTUNATELY I CHEKED AFTER CLOSING OF RETURN WINDOW AND NOW I CANNOT DO ANYTHING , AND THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING SELLER AND IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY WARRANTEE. PLEASE CHEK THIS BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT

It's a great product, for elderly and sprained young ones. Be it's sports related, or period cramps to general body achs from age related fatigue, your family will love it. The material and finish is of great quality.

I don't find its long lasting.its damaged with in 3 months . Wire quality is not good.not value for money.

It's electronic item, so it can work for years or can be unresponsive within 10-15 days of use, which happened with me, but companies after sales service is very cooperative, as in my case they are changing the item free of cost (right now waiting for it). But I must say, it worked well for those two weeks also, within 2-3 days my back pain reduced drastically after using it. Update: I got the replacement free of cost and now product is working fine. There are many products in market however after sales service makes the difference.

I purchased the Tynor Heating Pad on Amazon, and it was delivered on 28th September. Shockingly, by 13th October, it stopped heating completely even though the power indicator was still on. I used it with proper care and as per the instructions, but the product quality is absolutely pathetic. A heating pad is supposed to be reliable, especially for pain relief, but this one failed within just two weeks of use. It’s a complete waste of money and extremely disappointing from a brand like Tynor. I strongly advise others not to buy this product — poor durability, unreliable performance, and not worth the price.
