Good knife for kitchen

This knife is razor sharp from the factory,, slices through tomatoes like butter i have seen negative reviews saying that knife stays sharp for only couple weeks.. that is true But that how any blades are u need to do at least honing every few days even for 180$ kinfes... don’t worry about this

Not as amazing as i thought the steel is thin and its very light weight. Steel could be thicker by just 0.2 mm.

An absolute must for every Indian kitchen. In fact, on the knife section, most kitchens must and will start with a paring knife which will be used most often. This 'Victorinox' knife will make a very good gift anyone who does not have one. It is an efficient tool that is affordable. I hasten to add that there might be people who compare and find this knife to be expensive. Let me assure that the price will be forgotten once you start using it.

This is one of my best Amazon purchases. These knives are incredibly sharp and well-made, so handle with care, everyone! Worth every penny.

When I was younger I worked as a cutter in a leather craftery and learned more than I needed to know about the importance of knife sharpness. Sharp knives are safer too because they do what you expect. These are great knives. Very sharp. Can cut a tomato without squishing. I eat a lot of salads and vegetable soups and these are perfect for cutting all veggies. Cheap enough so that when they get dull after a year or two of daily use, you can just replace them. I find this so much better than my high-end German steel knives that are a real pain to properly sharpen. Highly recommend.

J'apprécie particulièrement les couteaux et épluches légumes de la marque Victorinox car ils sont vraiment de qualité, durables, ergonomiques et leur tranchant est parfait. Ce couteau d'office ne déroge par à la règle, le: fil de la lame est impeccable or quand on a mal aux mains comme moi, on apprécie en cuisine de pouvoir couper et trancher sans devoir forcer !!! Il résiste au passage en L.V sans soucis. Son coloris vert foncé permet de bien le repérer dans un tiroir et parmi les épluchures ce qui évite de le jeter par mégarde ;-) J'en ai 4 en tout d'une taille inférieure au niveau de la longueur de la lame car je suis devenue une" fan" de ce couteau d'office tant il est " top" pour préparer avec efficacité à manger au quotidien. *****J'attire votre attention sur le fait que les dimensions exactes de ce couteau d'office sont: 21cm de long dont 10cm pour la lame, et 2cm de largeur pour le manche**** Acheté pour ma part à 4.70 € c'était donc une excellente affaire car c'est un couteau vraiment de qualité et je le conseille à tous les cuisiniers qui veulent s'équiper en matériel de qualité.
