Not working the product, useless one

Very satisfied.
Bought this almost 2 years ago. Still going strong. No issues whatsoever with the functioning. Recommend using Duracell batteries with this. I tried a set of regular ones with lasted a little over a month. The Duracells have lasted over 10 months.I wish the dispensing control had finer adjustments. I use Tetrabits. The smallest setting does not dispense. And the next setting dispenses way too much. I am using a tape to block the dispensing slot on the second setting.

Extremely bad
Doesn't work. Goes into error on pressing feed button displaying EEEE. I ordered replacement. That one doesn't work. It doesn't respond to feed button. After manually turning the cup few times, it starts to respond to feed button. But immediately goes into error state with EEEE display

Very nice product, good substitute for manual feeding, hassle free and relax holidays can be enjoyed, we can be dependent on this product for feeding during holidays.

Overall a good buy
Decent build quality. Could have been better designed to dispense correct quantity of fish food.. it either dispenses too much or too little.. would have been great with greater adjustability. Otherwise no complaints.. Been using it for a few weeks now

Extremely happy with the performance of the product. The product was delivered with apt packaging ahead of time by the dealer. The only improve the is required on the information booklet that accompanies it. It's confusing and customers may fumble around it and end up damaging the product.

This is one of the best product I could get for my pet turtles
This is one of the best product I could get for my pet turtles. I'm usually too busy and often forget to feed my pets. This is the best product I could find. I simply set the time and it would automatically drop the pellets for my pets to feed on. The only issue I had with the product was the difficulty in understanding how to use the device and set the timer. Once I was able to figure that out everything worked like a charm.
