Physiotherapist's recommendation
This was recommended by my physio and I can see why. The pulley is smooth, the ropes are strong and well marked and the handles are good to grip. It is easy to adjust the height of the ropes. Price is high but the product is very good.

No Pulley resistance
The product is suitable for very old people who may not have enough strength to pull. My suggestion is to make the pulley resistance stronger in order to get more benefit. It would be better if there some provision to control the pulley resistance to make it suitable for all ages and requirements.
