Can we bath even when we have applied this plast? Or need we remove this before taking bath.

pull it from the skin- if it is too irritating, apply some cream or skin softening lotion over the wrap and remove.

Depends on your body type, some gets healed, some not. But it is better than having painkiller medicines. Some sticky residue is left which goes after extensive cleaning.. so that's not an issue. But if one has a hairy body, removing it will be painful.
