About the Author With over 25 years painting experience, Catherine Carey has had paintings commissioned for the Petsokey Chamber of Commerce President's Award, the Bay View Association's annual catalog covers, and others. She is an instructor at Crooked Tree Arts Center, conducts Bay View Association summer education seminars, and teaches watercolor workshops at Central Michigan University. She has won numerous awards from juried and invitational art exhibits.
