Impressed
Brilliant service had a faulty sensor which was swapped no issues. And a lot cheaper than the others. Very happy. One minor moan it would be nice if the app could estimate HBA1C. But that is minor

Do Disappointing
Type 2 Diabetic. Had a severe illness over last 2 weeks and unable to eat. I dipped in and out of hyperglycaemia and severe hypers quite a few times, docs were skeptic and so decided to buy one of these to show them I wasn't lying. First day after calibration, (I checked 3 or 4 times against finger prick test) worked brilliantly. Had it positioned on my arm. Went to bed, woke up and still all good. I set the warning threshold a little higher so I could take action before I dipped low. Around 11am on second day it started alarming every few minutes and on checking, I had dipped to 2.1. Then it went LOW (unregisterable). Since then it has remained at low, although spraodially goes back up, only to return to low almost immediately. I acted on the first two or three warnings and grabbed a glucose tab (still unable to eat) or a quick shot of lucozade sport. 4th warning, I decided to do finger prick and I was well into 18mmol. I rechecked it against the finger prick test and it was sonout it wasn't worth wearing. Contacted customer service on pc (it doesn't work in the app) and still waiting on reply. £50 to monitor my levels for one day. I was so hopeful for this to work as I was planning on buying one every two weeks as it's easier to manage my levels than by remembering what I have or haven't eaten or drank.

Good to be in control
The ican sensor is easy to fit and maintain, all you have to remember is that the warming up period can take up to 24 hrs to settle in and give accurate reading. Just use your standard blood sugar testing process and fully switch over when you are happy. Mine has become invaluable to help control my Diabetes making my day to day life much more enjoyable. Lifespan is as expected, 2 weeks and replace, connectivity is as expected and to enhance the stickiness I back it up with some circular patches which solves any unwanted accidents.

Faulty device
This blood sugar monitor either is defective or dosnt serve the purpose. Since I bought it just today I place it in my tommy following all steps required by the manufacturer as I had to fligh abroad. And I am back in the country on 15 February when expires the time to return iy. Installed the app and afer 2 hours ended up in a@e because it shows constantly high figures 15.7 mmol/L etc. To calm down mysef beforehand I messured with finger device which shows in same timing 4.8mmol/l. So I became so anxious so I went to A&E where they messured my blood sugar level several times with the results 4.8, 5.2, 4.5mmol/l Therefore I ask you to prolong the deadline for return after 15 February so I'll have time to return and have my money back. Otherwise I am forced to take legal action for faulty device and inconvinience caused. Thank you in advance!

Sinocare Ican CGM
Easy to use and it seems accurate. I was in pre-diabetic range but am now able to know how different foods affect my blood glucose. I am no longer out of normal range.

First time user. Both devices failed within 5 days of use. Never again.
Utterly useless. I purchased 2. The first one failed after 4 days. When I started using it I checked it's accuracy against my (Sinocare) finger prick tester. The CGM showed 13.3 finger test 8.4. After 4 days it started continuously reporting extremely low readings. 3.2, finger test 5.8. Readings down to 2.2 when I know that it was ridiculous. I've now ended the first, 9 days early. Fitted the new one, following the instructions to the letter. But the app cannot find the device, even though my phone is within 6 meters, more like 60cm. I WILL NEVER BUY THESE DEVICES AGAIN. Two failed within 5 days of use and absolutely no response from Sinocare after emailing and messaging on X. Once bitten, twice shy. UPDATE: The second device finally picked up after 10-12 hours. But like the first, after 4 days it started reporting extremely low blood sugar. Check with finger prick test and it was way out. I then purchased Libre 2 sensors. So with both running the iCan device was much lower than the Libre 2. Example, Libre 2 5.6mmol/L, iCan 2.1 mmol/L. That is useless in my opinion. I have just done a finger prick test 8.1. Libre 2 9.0. iCan 4.0. How can it be 5 lower. It is wildly inaccurate. Totally unimpressive.
