Best band to start your recovery exercises with
Awesome resistance, I have been using this for recovery exercises and stretching hamstring and tibia band muscle; it has helped me train the damaged muscles without straining my back. Its definitely the best thing to start your workout with post knee surgery. You can double the loop and it will give you a really good resistance.

The colour does not match the strength
It is not what I expected. A black Theraband is much stronger. This is the equivalent of a blue one and therefore is not doing the job I needed it to do.
