There has been mention of source appendix in a lot of places but the book has no segment called SOURCE APPENDIX. This made me doubt the originality of the book. Overall the book is very helpful and enlightening.

Little matter

Well written and very well presented. Simplified the concept of ayurved for layman. The mention of essential oils, massage techniques and various therapies makes it a complete package for any one looking to holistically take care of their beauty and wellness

I am finding this book and the logic behind it very informative....I buy organic and very aware of what I eat...but sometimes when I eat these so called healthy foods, they don't agree with me....as I read this book I understand why...I was watching a program with Rachel Hunter..she travels the world finding out health and beauty secrets...she was talking with a French woman...I was listening, but also checking out this woman's bookcase...and this book was there....I am so glad I saw it and decided to buy it....for me...it makes all the sense in the world......this book is really an eye opener for me...

This is a well written book and is a very easy read on a complex subject. Arrived on time and well packaged. Would this company again and recommend.
