I have rated this a 5 star. It is nothing like what I have eaten. The feel and taste is true tomato and capsicum. All these years all I have bought is commercial jugad from top brands. The only downside is that this needs to be consumed within a few weeks. Given the composition of ketchup (this is not a jugadoo sauce to mimic a ketchup) it is best to buy a smaller bottle and consume it as quick as possible. Without the excessive acidic and preservatives, the favour is best when fresh. The downside for many maybe the cost but for the cost sensitive purchaser... stay away and buy the cheaper commercial sauces, this is a true ingredient product that costs more, make a conscious financial call/choice...sab keh bas ki baat nahi...
