Update: Son survived the night lol, so instead of going ahead and ordering different ones I decided to try them again but broken in half. He did great with half a gummy and seemed to help promote sleep at bed time. So only one star off for the dosage on bottle being off.Three stars bc it definitely promotes sleep but maybe too dang good. Gave to my almost 4 year old- 1 gummy, and he did not even want his usual snack and downtime before bed. Went to bed and immediately passed out. We were very concerned. Recommended dosage is too high compared to some others. Got because it has the vitamin/mineral combination I was looking for. If you have an older child I would give with no worry. Gave to my 12 year old and he is fine. Younger- maybe break it in half. I will probably just take these for myself instead and see how they work for me.

My 6 yr old HATES the taste & texture
I am so disappointed - my 6 year old HATES the taste/texture of these gummies. He literally threw up after eating one gummy. I bought these because of the positive reviews, but if you can't even get your child to keep the vitamin down once they eat it, there is nowhere to go to see progress from there. VERY disappointing. You CANNOT return these, so I'm stuck with another bottle of unused vitamins that pretend to deliver great things to your child.

These are great for my 7yr old. He has ADD and his sleep was terrible! He used to wake up in the middle, get night terrors and wake up super early. It took about 2-3 weeks til we noticed he wasn't doing any of the above.

Parents try this first. Start with small amounts of the bear for kids.
Start with small pieces of the bear for children. Will help gauge how it will affect them. My youngest didn’t like the way it made him feel.
