Update: July 30, 2018I was contacted by the sellers customer service team right away after writing my first review on the product. They right away wanted to make things right. They acknowledged that I possibly may have received a defective unit and offered multiple ways to resolve the situation.They offered to replace the units right away with an updated version that would not have the issues previously explained. Even though I was past the Amazon return period the seller honored the warranty on the part and handled the situation promptly and professionally. I would have no problem doing business with them again. I am going to update the Stars review from 2 to 4 based on the customer service received from them.Original review:I purchased these before my 5 week trip to Germany. I just got back yesterday and I figured I would write my review about the chargers.I am glad these came as a pair as the first one only lasted about 8-10 days before it started acting up and stopped charging all together.The second one lasted about the same amount of time before it did the same thing. I ended up buying one in Germany to last the rest of my trip.What they started to do was when I had a device plugged in to the charger (either port did not matter) it would show as charging then 3-5 minutes in the device would show it was not charging then charging again every few seconds. This continued for a while. So I ended up getting the second unit out and using it. Then about the same time period 8 days or so of daily use and it started to do the same thing.Not sure if I received a bad batch or these units just are not the greatest build quality. But hopefully the mfg reaches out to me about this as they state it has a MFG warranty on them. Until then I do not know if I can suggest buying these.

I bought these for my trip to France. They worked perfectly the whole time. Great deal too. I'm happy with this purchase.

One out of the 2 broke with the first use, and wouldn’t work any longer. Second one worked good. Customer service was wonderful offering replacement/refund.

this adapter worked only briefly, power kept cutting on and off. I would have returned them but the timeline to do so expired after I returned from my trip to Italy where I used them.

It keeps stopping and starting over charging, phone beeps every now and then during the night.
