My backs been playing up after over doing it in the garden so ordered this support and it has helped ease it a lot . Good price but not so cool to wear and does the job . Easy to get on and off pleased with it I do like the bobbly bits on the back which sit nicely in the hollow of my back to support it . Gives me a nice waist too .

Use this to support my lower back while playing golf . Used twice & so far very good

Very supportive for my back when standing, sadly while sitting it can dig into your body.

I am in my mid Seventies and not very strong this back Brace is a Godsend it’s firm yet soft and light I can put it on by myself with ease for a light support or tighten it for a firm support it’s unbelievably easy and taking it off is just as easy, highly recommended.

It has helped when I have ‘done too much’ and need to rest my back. It is easy to use and tough enough for the job. Good value.

Caused more back pain than it cured

I wanted something to support my back that won’t make me sweat, this was perfect.

Wish it was slightly longer from top to bottom to extend just slightly higher up and lower down around the back and stomach but it is the most discrete back brace I have found at this price point
