Maggi Rio Coconut Scrapper & Citrus Juicer Attachment For Mixers (Black)

I am using this since 6 months but only twice a month. This needs to be fixed on the mixer. The sound of the mixer is too loud. Also the mixer warms up soon. But am happy. Easy to clean and in no time we can scrape the coconut.

Good: 1. Coconut scrapper is of ok quality and will do job. 2. Reduction gear will be helpful for reduced speed And all good ends here Bad 1. Wobbles while on mixie. 2. Pressure on scrapper blades and say good bye to blades. They are not strong. 3. Juicer is joke. I bet it must have been designed to cover scrapper blades and someone tried to use it for juice. 4. Overall unit is in two parts with plastic coupling. So good luck when pressure is applied.

It is worth the amount you pay.

I loved this product for it is so easy to use. I normally make orange juice which is so easier. We often use it for coconut. You just need to be careful while doing that.

So much noise while using and because of less speed it takes time.

Easy to use. Perfectly fits to my Preeti Mixie. Very nicely scraps the coconut in short time and with ease.

It spoiled my mixie....it is useless...

I have used this coconut scraper about 5 to 6 times to grate whole coconuts. So far it worked well. I think this adapter has few demerits. I wish the scraping head was made of a single piece head which will last longer. The current scraping head is made of several blades welded to the shaft . I do not know, how long the welded blades can hold on while doing the hard job. I had a couple of manual coconut scraper whose blades which came loose from the welding making the grater useless. Second thing is, I think the reduction gears are plastic from the noise it makes. So the durability of this product is questionable. I contacted the customer care of Maggi Rio to buy an additional head. But their service was not satisfactory . They did not follow up on my request.
